Return & Replacement Information
In rare cases where an item is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, the following process applies:
Reach out to MyGlamm's Customer Support at care@myglamm.com within 14 business days of receiving your order.
Share your Order ID, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and invoice.
Once verified, the pickup will be arranged within 2โ4 business days. Refunds or replacements will be processed only after the returned items are received in their original packaging, with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
Replacement is subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
